At Capella, we believe in transparency.

Below, you will find our strategic plan, outlining our vision for the next five years.
The plan describes our ambitious goals for all of our services, including Teens+ and Sleep Action. The plan details the strategies we will implement to achieve excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth.

Gail heads the charity’s Senior Leadership Team, driving meaningful change, a commitment to excellence, and advocacy for our services. Gail works passionately to ensure our values are embedded in everything we do.

Sleep Action

There is no health and wellbeing without sleep.

Sleep Action is the UK’s oldest sleep charity and leading provider of sleep support, training, and resources. We focus on long-lasting positive change by providing practical advice based on the latest scientific understanding of healthy sleep.

Alyson O'Brien

Head of Sleep Services

Alyson is the Head of Sleep Services at Sleep Action. She is responsible for the Sleep Support and Training teams, ensuring a high-quality service for families and professionals. Alyson develops training courses and provides lecturing at many of our highly regarded and informative sleep courses.

Teens+

The pathway for school leavers with additional needs to fulfil their potential.

Teens+ is a unique service providing further education, life and social skills, and more to young people who, due to their needs, would ordinarily be excluded from accessing any form of further education once they have left school.

Simon is the Head of Service for Teens+. He is responsible for the high-quality service delivery and compliance of Teens+, Friends+, and Next Steps. Simon is also responsible for the support and welfare of our staff and students as the registered manager for the service.
